Our guarantees, in plain English.

This page summarizes how we work. The signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work for your project are the binding terms, and they win if anything here differs.
Before any testing
- We only test systems you own or control, after you sign an Authorization to Test that sets the scope.
- We use test accounts and a staging copy wherever possible, and we never load-test production.
Fixed prices
- Every piece of work is quoted at a fixed price in writing before it starts. If we find something outside the agreed scope, we quote it separately and only go ahead if you approve.
- The Security Snapshot and the Production-Readiness Audit are paid upfront. A Stabilize Sprint is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
- The Care Plan is billed monthly. Cancel anytime; it runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
The audit refund
If a Production-Readiness Audit reports fewer than 3 findings with a recommended fix, you get the full audit fee back. Ask within 14 days of receiving the report. It applies when you gave us the access agreed in the scope; if testing was blocked, we'll first offer to finish the work.
The free re-test
Every Production-Readiness Audit includes one re-test of the reported findings after you've fixed them, if you ask within 60 days of the report.
The 90-day fix warranty
If a fix we shipped stops doing what the Statement of Work says within 90 days of delivery, we fix it free. The warranty covers our own fixes. It doesn't cover:
- code that you, an AI builder or anyone else has changed since we delivered it;
- new problems introduced by later features, upgrades or platform changes;
- issues we reported but you chose not to have us fix.
What no audit can promise
An audit tests your app as it is on the day we test it, within the agreed scope. It lowers your risk; it can't prove that no other weakness exists, and it doesn't cover changes made afterwards.
